Owner / President / CEO

Ryan Krampitz

It all begins with an idea. And more than 30 years ago, Ryan had that idea to serve those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ryan is not the CEO you will find in a pristine office. Those that work for and with Ryan know that he’s in the trenches. He’s a huge advocate on the local, state and national level. He works hand in hand with those he serves. His goal with PCS, Inc is to allow those we serve to be as independent as they want to be; to help them make and work towards goals that they want and be alongside the individual to guide, educate and help each step of the way.

Personally, Ryan believes family first always. He’s an outdoorsman and retired from the US Airforce.

Director of Operations

Lori Cole

It began more than 20 years ago when this career chose Lori. It’s all about the individuals and families we serve that make the difference for her. Together, She and Ryan run the Agency. Lori believes that no one should ever have the chance to say ‘they didn’t know’.  All initial staff interviewing as well as meeting new clients for the first time is coordinated with Lori &/or Ryan. From there it is very much a team approach.

Lori is the mom to two adult children and two fur babies. When not at PCS, she enjoys crafts, a great fire pit and spending time with her family

Compliance Co-Ordinator

Ainsley Cole

Ainsley is responsible for entire Agency Compliance. She is regularly in communication with staff to ensure Staff files are up to date and accurate after hiring. Additionally, she is in communication with Staff to ensure client files are complete and accurate.

A little about Ainsley: Ainsley is in college and attends Southeastern University. She is studying to be Behavior Analyst with an emphasis on the family. When she isn’t working or going to school, she is a typical college student hanging out with friends and family. She enjoys the great outdoors or curling up with a book and her dog Tyrone.

Finance Specialist

Sandy Grant

Sandy is responsible for all things financial with PCS Inc. She has little communications with our Clients and their Families, but her role is vital! She’s the one who deals with all WSCs and Client authorizations. Additionally, she’s the go-to person regarding staff and making sure all staff get paid.

About Sandy: Sandy is Mom to Allisa and wife to James. Sandy is extremely close to her family who lives nearby. It would be safe to say Family is #1 for Sandy.

Onboarding Specialist

Oxana Smirnova-Krampitz

Oxana is the person that once interviewed and offered a position with PCS, Inc works with you to get you hired. She literally walks you through the process. She’s with you every step of the way. She assists with your employment onboarding and new hire trainings. Once your Onboarding is complete, you will work with Lori and Ryan to meet clients.

A little about Oxana: She’s a Mom to Ally and wife to Ryan. She’s a soccer mom/Coach. Oxana competes in bodybuilding and a local realtor.
